Jon Grimes creates our daily menu of boldly British dishes using the freshest produce from our suppliers. This includes traditional and rare breed meat from Huntsham Court Farm in the Wye Valley and exceptional quality fish from Reach Food, which is both sustainable and traceable. Our cheeseboards are filled by Neal's Yard Dairy, with cured meats from Cobble Lane Cured.
The Maddox wine list celebrates some of the most respected producers from across Europe and beyond, presented together with a selection of impeccable cocktails and one of the finest whisky trollies around. Our coffee comes from Dark Arts Coffee, an exceptional roastery in Hackney that specialises in making expertly sourced and prepared coffee beans approachable for all, and we’ve partnered with the Rare Tea Company to bring us a selection of truly special teas direct from farmers and their tea gardens. Maddox Tavern's single origin 71% Hot Chocolate comes from Land in East London.
