47 Maddox Street
Steeped in history, 47 Maddox Street was built in 1892 for the tailor, William Cooling, and remained a high-end gentlemen’s outfitters for much of its life. Serving the great and good of Mayfair throughout this period, Cooling Lawrence & Sons once counted Winston Churchill amongst its clientele. With its original mahogany cabinets, mezzanine and fitting rooms all still in place, the interior has been lovingly refurbished to prepare for a new era at 47 Maddox Street, as it continues to proudly serve the Mayfair community.
